"Chic and budget-friendly"
I came across a stylish and budget-friendly bookcase that’s also quite sturdy. The assembly instructions could’ve been a bit clearer for aligning the shelves, and it could use an extra set of rods at the back to better support smaller items.

This company is truly impressive! I’ve never had another business reach out just 15 minutes after delivery to see if all was good! I was really taken aback and felt valued. The product I got was packed up nicely, and I’m super pleased with the quality. The delivery person was really nice and helpful too. So, I went ahead and ordered another item the same day. Big thanks for the fantastic service and awesome product!

"Awesome Ladder Shelf Purchase"
I only took off one star because my ladder shelf showed up damaged. Not sure if it was just tossed in the van or if the packaging was lacking. For the replacement, I wasn't taking any chances and couldn't even open the package myself! 😁 Aside from that, the service was fantastic; they handled my damaged item quickly. I'm really pleased with the ladder shelf—it's a perfect addition to my son's room.

"Outstanding Customer Support!"
I ordered a bookcase from this company, and it showed up with a shelf missing. They quickly sent out a replacement, so everything turned out fine. I really want to highlight just how fantastic their customer support is! It's the best I've ever had! A guy named Will was mainly the one who helped me, and he’s truly a gem for the company, just like the other folks I communicated with. Many businesses could take a lesson or two from this company about how to treat customers! I’d definitely use them again in the future, highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"Awesome shopping experience"
We got ourselves a bookcase, a sideboard, and a mattress, and all three showed up on time. We're really pleased with how well-made the items are, super easy to put together, and they look fantastic! Then, customer service gave us a ring to check if we were satisfied, which I thought was a nice touch. We'll definitely shop here again! Thanks a bunch!

"Decent Products, But Mass-Produced Overseas"
The items are alright, but they're made overseas in bulk. The handles and screws had some rust on them, so I ended up having to purchase my own new screws.
